Elissa Elliott

Originally from Westchester County, Elissa grew up spending weekends with her family in the Hudson Valley. She enjoyed summers on Greenwood Lake and winters skiing in the Warwick/Vernon area.

After 10 years of living and renting in New York City, Elissa made the leap and bought an investment property on the idyllic Greenwood Lake (NY) in the Warwick Valley. With all that the area had to offer, it wasn’t long before she decided to move her own family there full-time in 2012.

With a personal passion for real estate, Elissa transitioned from a career in corporate America to join forces with her mother, Lucy Zanetti, a tenured realtor in Warwick. Elissa’s extensive background in sales, marketing, and negotiations helps support her clients in achieving their goals whether looking to buy or sell their home.

Outside of work, Elissa enjoys spending time with her family and friends hiking, boating, and skiing as well as exploring the local wineries, breweries, and restaurants.
